Andrew Dicker

Andrew Dicker has joined Ossa IT as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, bringing more than 13 years of commercial experience delivering enterprise SaaS, government grant management, and identity and authentication systems. He has deep expertise across the modern .NET stack, TypeScript/React front ends, SQL Server, and cloud deployment on AWS and Azure.

Andrew has delivered solutions in highly regulated environments, including liquor and gaming compliance and government grant management platforms across multiple countries, with strong experience in cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tooling. His current focus includes AI and LLM integration, having led an enterprise chatbot migration and built Python-based embedding and LLM gateway services. He holds a University of Tasmania double degree in Science and Computing with First Class Honours.
