Clayton Armstrong

Clayton Armstrong has joined Ossa IT as a Solution Architect and Software Developer, bringing significant experience in major system implementations and integration across a twenty-year career spanning insurance, financial services, education and utilities.

In recent roles, Clayton has focused on maximising the efficiency of the change pipeline by automating all aspects of the change cycle, with a strong emphasis on automated testing and deployment — enabling small teams to sustain a high rate of system change with consistency and reliability. Having worked across multiple client sites through all stages of the project lifecycle, Clayton combines a strong technical skillset with well-developed communication and team management skills.
